Please provide final merit list for constable

my final test result of ap police constabel is on pending at the time of pmt/pet i have not submitted intermediate certificate hence my result pending i had submitted my diplamo certificate

i have NCC c&b certificates and uploaded the events.but we should not enter my final aplicatiom form.i send the mail and scaned the certificates to you at 4-8-19.so how can i check my certificates are added my form.
