- Should be Ex-Serviceman from armed forced in the position of Subedar Major I Subedarl Equivalent.
- Should be a graduate and have at least 5 years civil experience and deep knowledge in security management affairs of a Factory.
- Responsible for ensuring overall security activities.
- Candidate should have excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Age between 40-50 years.
